I am new for shopify and i linked my store with TRENSI. still i am learning new new things everyday and if i have any problem with trendsi customer service is VERY NICE. in that service center there is one employee name is MARY she is very good person and whatever you ask she always smile and give good reply with great solutions. litrally in 3 days i asked her sooo sooo many questions and everytime perfect reply with good smile.. sooo as per my opinion i would like to give her 5 STARS... if you have more then 5 star then i would love to give more... thank you TRENDSI.....

Trendsi has amazing products, trendy yet classy. Clear beautiful product images, products are easy to upload to shopify store, with auto upates, and inventory sync. Orders placed in shopify can be instantly sent to Trendsi for processing, and Trendsi will update shipping info with my customers through shopify.

Live online customer support is 24/7, fast responding and helpful. Allan, Chette and other representatives answered my questions and solved my issues every time i contacted them. They are fantastic!

So far my experience has been excellent. Everyone who has helped me has be super helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Charmaine is my account contact and she gets back to me very quickly. Angelo helped me in the online chat and got me the info i needed quickly and without a bunch of off topic questions. Overall the service from this supplier has been outstanding.
