Customer service?? I think there name was (Chette).. Was absolutely awesome.. very patient. Helped me setup my Shopify shop for shipping profile to adding rates.

Great app. Angelo was extremely helpful in showing me step by step with how to sync the inventory. They are easily available whenever I need help and respond very quickly!

Trendsi customer support is always the best!! they answer you all your questions and I had a ton haha... We were for like 2 1/2 hrs. going back and forth and she answer ALL my questions without rushing. Thank you so much Lee!!!

I had a question about my Shopify website pages/navigation organization and how to add Trendsi's created collections via individual web pages/tabs without the Trendsi name showing on my site.

I had the pleasure of emailing with Lee from Tendsi's Support Team who was exceptional at the task of explaining to me what I needed from the Shopify side and helped me to clearly understand how to obtain the desired changes/additions to my existing online Shopify store. When I thought my investment was a Sunk Cost and wasted, Lee took the extra time to help me understand that that was not the case and that I could get the desired web navigation via Shopify's Support Team; that this could be done without negative configuration impacts when making future attempts to add new merchandise from Trendsi, and with only showing my Store Name. Thank you again, Lee!
