Excellent CS. I'm in the process of setting up my shop and had to contact them through chat to help me set up my shipping settings. Karen was very patient and thorough and got me right back on track all set up!!

I had a problem with my Shopify channel not showing up on Trendsi and used Trendsi's customer support chat to ask for help. Chette responded within minutes and solved my problem with ease. Great customer support!

However, due to the limitation of only being able to comment once a day, I had to modify my original comment to include my praise for Chette's outstanding support.

I love this app and most of my sales from my store come from Trendsi. I can count on giving my customers good shipping times. The customer support is top notch. I reached out on messenger on their facebook group and within a minute I had a response from Maria who helped me with questions from tech to sizing questions. Thank you!

I reached out to Trendsi support in hopes to get some questions answered as I was looking forward to using them for my Shopify store. Charmaine, a super knowledgeable agent answered all of my questions in a matter of minutes! The support I received today from Charmaine was definitely a five star. Super quick and straight to the point answers. This gives me more confidence in using their services for my store.
