This entire company has been wonderful! I have not had any issues at all! They are always here to answer your questions or give you advice if you ask! I will only be using them! I am so happy! Everyone that I have worked with so far has helped quickly and always ask if there is anything else that is needed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I have so many names I could throw out to you, but honestly, EVERYONE from the team has helped me with no problems.

I contacted support and talked with Gretle about Tiktok Shop. She was very efficient and helpful and helped me out in solving my hurdle. Greatly recommended Trendsi!

Lee from Trendsi was so helpful! I thought I had a nightmare of a problem but she was able to walk me though fixing my issue! I am so glad I texted! I thought I was going to have to open a ticket and have someone get back to me...BUT NO! She was immediately able to help. Thank you Lee!

i'm a little bit disappointed with the customer support i have been contacting them for 1 week regarding an order that have been in the processing stage for 12 days and every time they keep asking me to wait 24 hours and i have no idea what is happening to my order not sure if i will keep using this app

I recently had an issue with a resale certificate submission that was rejected by a vendor. I reached out to Gretle, and he/she went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. He/she was prompt in responding to my emails, and provided clear explanations for the steps I needed to take to rectify the issue.

Thanks to his/her guidance and assistance, my resale certificate was finally approved by the vendor. I am extremely grateful for his efforts, and would highly recommend him/her to anyone in need of assistance with similar issues.

Overall, my experience working with Gretle was exceptional. He/she was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. Thank you once again for your help, and for making a stressful situation much easier to handle.
