I had an issue with tiktok sending an encrypted name and address to my store and Maria answered my question within minutes and help me get the address fix. I am still waiting on Tiktok. Best and fastest support i have ever gotten from a company.

I am updating this review as of 11/19/21 I have had to use help from the live chat again and talked to a Karen. I have to give a huge SHOUT OUT TO KAREN, as not only did she answer my questions. She gave me so much more info that I needed yet didn't know about. I will truly be able to excel my Trendsi to my shopify store so much more efficiently. On top of being invited to The Trendsi Facebook group to talk with other users and admin of Trendsi will be extremely helpful. So much more Karen did for me, but i'll leave it at that. If your a possible new customer looking into Trendsi. Then i'll let you experience why I 100% support Trendsi on your own terms. Youll do things different so will have different questions, which will open new doors for you as well. I have to say that I am extremely happy with this site. The aspect of having warehouses in the USA & Internationally is huge during these holiday seasons. Very nice setup with vast product inventory. Very happy with the margins and used live chat and received the exact solution from Jac. I would absolutely recommend this app.

I had a great experience with the representative Czar when I was having trouble logging into my Trendsi account. He even emailed me to make sure I was able to access my account. Great customer service.

I love this app. It’s helped me bloom my business into something greater than I imagined. I recently had a order coming from two different places & only received 1 of them- but the packing slip stated all items where in that package. I reached out, & Gretel quickly helped me deal with the entire situation.. I couldn’t have handled it better if I had done it myself. She’s awesome & I greatly appreciate her.

Czar was amazing help. I had so many questions and she was so kind and patient. I love the variety and that they have something for everyone. Number 1 choose for my store supplier!!
