This was my first order selling on Shopify via Trendsi and I was very nervous about the whole process. My customer service representative was Lee and she was amazing! She walked me through the whole entire process from start to finish and gave me a lot of helpful hints. I feel so much better and more confident dropshipping after she helped me. Had a problem with setting up Trendsi Store but Charmaine took care of what I needed. Support was very good.
