HELLO, I HAVE A ONLINE BOUTIQUE AND HAD MY FIRST REFUND AND I HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH “Gretle" WHO WAS VERY KIND AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ON MY ISSUE. I WOULD RECOMMEND TRENDSI TO ANYONE LOOKING TO START A NEW STORE. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL ISSUES BUT THE CUSTMER SERVICE HAS BEEN A REAL GEM FOR THOSE OF US WHO IS STEPPING OUT HERE ON FAITH TO START OUR NEW BUSINESS.

I am starting my business, and I had many doubts about how to use the Trendsi application. Gretle was great, she helped me a lot and clarified all my doubts, she was very patient and sweet with me. She is amazing!!!!!!!

I am a completely new user of Shopify & Trendsi. I received 5 orders in the first 2 days of launching my website. I had a lot of questions regarding "Fulfillment" and "Delay Processing". Anya from customer service helped me so much! She was Awesome! She was very helpful and very patient. I learned new things :)

I found Trendsi on social media and knew I wanted to work with them. Dropshipping is definitely the way to go. I hope to continue to grow and learn more about the process. I know that if I have more questions, Trendsi Customer Service will be there :)

This was my first order selling on Shopify via Trendsi and I was very nervous about the whole process. My customer service representative was Lee and she was amazing! She walked me through the whole entire process from start to finish and gave me a lot of helpful hints. I feel so much better and more confident dropshipping after she helped me. Thank you so much Lee!! She is very concise and to the point. Shes extremely kind and supportive!

I found Trendsi a few months ago, I have been navigating my way thru learning the app and getting items to my store. There are a few minor issues with missing information that applies to certain selling platforms, but, overall I like the app. I like the variety of product and the picture quality is great. I had to chat with customer service today about an upload issue and Anya was very helpful in helping me understand the issue I was having. Although, the issue itself seems a bit restrictive and could be expanded upon. I was attempting to upload one of my collections, but due to many variants with the products, it put me over the 1000 limit for the day with very few products listed on my site. I was under the impression the limit was per product, not per variant of each product as well. All in all still like the app and Anya was very helpful.

It's also good to know that Anya from our customer service was able to assist you with your upload issue and help you understand the problem.

Regarding the upload limit, it seems that you encountered a restriction when trying to upload one of your collections. The limit of 1000 uploads per day can include variants of each product, which might not have been clear to you initially. It's understandable that this limitation could be a bit restrictive, especially if you have many variants for your products.

While Shopify has its limitations, it's encouraging to hear that you still like Trendsi overall and that Anya provided helpful assistance. Thank you so much for choosing Trendsi to be your business partner. We hope you are able to take your brand to the next level with our help! ❤️

I was nervous to offer drop shipping items to my shop. I’m very passionate about making sure my customers are receiving quality items each time they shop with us. Each item that has arrived from Trendsi has been wonderful!

They also have a great system that automatically updates inventory on your own site. Which I’ve learned from trail and error that is not always the case

Super happy to be working with Trendsi! Mia at customer support has also been helpful and quick to respond with any help we’ve needed!
