I received help today from Harold. I gave him a list of order numbers and he was able to pinpoint and answer all of my questions. It only took a few minutes for him to put me at ease about my concerns. Great company. Great service. The shipping is a little longer since some are overseas, but all in all, the quality of everything is top notch.

I was blessed enough to have an amazing support member by the name of Joseph and my god that man desevers a raise! I had a very difficult issue that has been causing me headaches for the past week or so and after giving him a life story on my problem he was very professional and respectful to my issue and came up with a solution that just saved my store and a whole lot more! couldn't be happier and more thankful he's definitely a keeper!

I have enjoyed using this user friendly app it has made my life and business run smoothly!! Most of all the support is very helpful with every purchase or order. I would like to thank Gretle at Trendsi support she literally replied to my support email within minutes and was so very helpful. This is a dropshipping service I will intend to use for my business for years to come. You should too. The support I received from Allan was grade A! He responded quickly and helped me to the complete end! Always thought having my own business would be hard but Trendsi Staff makes it easy! The customer service provide is superb!
