I’m new to Trendsi and all I have to say is WOW to customer support! I was having a problem with onboarding because of my own user error but it was quickly resolved within 2 minutes by Raymart! I was blessed enough to have an amazing support member by the name of Joseph and my god that man desevers a raise! I had a very difficult issue that has been causing me headaches for the past week or so and after giving him a life story on my problem he was very professional and respectful to my issue and came up with a solution that just saved my store and a whole lot more! couldn't be happier and more thankful he's definitely a keeper!

I came across TRENDSI just last month, so I am brand new. I ran into an issue with a shipping location. I hopped on the chat box. Harold was able to help me figure out the issue by taking his time to send me screenshot with details in order to locate the issue. So I am looking forward to work with TRENDSI, hopefully it's gonna a great addition to my business.
