Reducing shipping time is indeed one of our top priorities. Except for peak season, we can guarantee 5 - 10 business days shipping from our overseas warehouses. Furthermore, more products will be available in the US warehouse soon.

We are working on adding the vendor name as a tag automatically as we speak and we will look into the search issue that you experienced.

So far my experience with this app has been really good. Their merchandise is good quality at awesome wholesale prices. I received quick responses from customer service about an inquiry. My only complaint is that the shipping takes a little long.

I primarily use Trendsi because they are a free dropshipper. They offer more than even the paid ones do - photos, customer service (shout out to Gretle!), online community support through the Facebook group. Margins aren't great, but they are still perfect for me as I am just starting my boutique. I have no overhead, and I can focus on creating my brand while using their warehouse & marketing materials. Sometimes shipping is super slow, yes. And sometimes there are quality check problems, but overall, I am very happy with Trendsi. I give 4 stars and not 5 because of all the bumps along the way. But I believe in Trendsi and the amazing people who run it and it'll be a powerhouse here very soon. They take boutique owners opinions very seriously and are always pivoting to make things better. Had a problem with setting up Trendsi Store but Charmaine took care of what I needed. Support was very good.
This is an update since I can't seem to leave another review. However had a question on Inventory syncing which Gretle took care off right away. Good customer support.

I like the options for USA brands and the quality checks they perform. I do think that there is room to improve, but its a young company, so its expected for there to be kinks to work out.
I have chatted with customer service several times, today it was Gretle, and as always she was quick with her response and help to clarify a few things for me.

May was so helpful. I accidently placed order before I was finished and she was able to cancel my order right away. Highly recommend this company. The app on my phone crashes often but on my desktop it is amazing.
