I've been using Trendsi for years! I Have Trendsi synced with shopify and TikTok. Customer support is great! Joel helped me and I'm always satisfied with Trendsi.

Czar has helped me answer all my questions! Opening a shopify store isnt the easiest when you dont know much about it and czar helped me with all the questions i had! Super confident this will be a great collab together !(:

I had an issue with a shopify order and was connected with a great customer service representative, Raymart, that helped me solve the issue quickly. I was up for hours last night trying to figure it out and when I contacted them this morning he explained what to do quickly and thoroughly. I appreciate the great customer service with Trendsi.

Recently needed help with shipping confusion and had to contact customer support. Chette responded quickly, was friendly and answered all my questions. Chette also gave me advice so I would be able to avoid future problems with my store

Chette was very helpful with my many shipping questions and very patient and detailed. I was concerned about the international products being delayed due to the holiday. She gave me the option of putting the international products in draft until international shipping was back to normal.

What amazing customer service! I lost my connection and the next person read the past conversation and helped me get our shipping set up as customer's were not able to check out! Everything about this service has been so simple and easy to use and the products are good we ordered a few to take pictures of and test out quality! Definitely suggest this company's app and products!
