I had an issue with tiktok sending an encrypted name and address to my store and Maria answered my question within minutes and help me get the address fix. I am still waiting on Tiktok. Best and fastest support i have ever gotten from a company.

I had some concerns on how to upload my merchandise onto my Shopify and my agent Chette replied to me very quickly and assisted me with all my concerns professionally and even gave me additional information about my seller's permit.
