Anya, Dave, Charles and Ingrid are amazing!! The support they gave me was outstanding. They responded to all of my questions so quickly! And I had a lot of them! They gave me excellent customer service! They guided me on how to setup a few things so graciously and promptly. I’m so glad I picked Trendsi!! Thanks for all you do!!

It has definitely made it worth investing in. It's easy to personalize your store based on your vision. If you'd like to automate it to sync you can do that also. I find it very convenient to edit pricing and be able to see the profit prior to adding to store. I also appreciate the emails sent letting me know the updates to the items already in my store - whether it may be sold out, restocked, or price change. My store is still pretty new but whenever I need help in regards to the products Trendsi support is always there to assist.

Trendsi is very user friendly and easy to use for beginners like me! I had trouble with the shipping when I was doing a test order on my site. The customer support responded in a timely manner. Anya helped me with my problems. She was very patient and nice. In the end, I was able to do a test order with the shipping rates! Thank you, Anya! This gives me an optimistic feeling about my brand and having Trendsi as my supplier!

Trendsi is the best I have ever experienced. I have no complaints. Whenever I need help for my shopify or trendsi, they are always available. Today, I was helped by Raymart, the best agent! I had a couple of questions regarding my store and he understood completely what I needed in a timely manner. Thank you.

I had trouble with some products not showing on my online store. Chatte was very helpful in fixing the problem for me!

full transparency, i just started using Trendsi today. However it's clear that they have a great selection and beautiful layout that's simple to use.. Also important, my first experiences with customer support went great thanks to Charles and than Lorie. Thanks for the swift replies and answers to my questions.
