Amazing customer service. Just spoke with Dave and as a new business still learning the ropes, he patiently took the time to explain in detail how drop shipping works and payments work on their site. I appreciate all the help he gave me.

I been so confused trying to set up my collections to send to my shopify store. Finally gave up and contacted the help desk. I was able to connect with Harold. He sent me a step by step document so I could fix my problem.
I wish I reached out to Harold earlier

My order's shipping status had no updates and Harold was able to help me track it and provided an updated tracking number, as well as assist with the general timeline of overseas orders.

I would like a better organize of added products to find easier which is out of order or updated info. Great app !

anya was a huge help with a huge problem got it fixed and now it is all perfect started with 160 items showing sold out ended with 160 items for sale, if i ever have another issue i hope she is the one to help
