I submitted all requested documentation to complete my purchasing rights, and it was denied. I uploaded all additional documents and then sent a chat message to find out more specific details as to why it was denied. Chette was the chat rep I had the pleasure to speak with. Very prompt, polite and my issue was resolved, and my account was approved within 2 minutes.

I recently started using Trendsi for some products in my store. Their clothing is beautiful and so much to choose from. I love how easy it is to integrate product to my store. My order's shipping status had no updates and Harold was able to help me track it and provided an updated tracking number, as well as assist with the general timeline of overseas orders.
