Trendsi has been a great option for me as a brand new online boutique. Their system syncs perfectly with my Shopify store and their customer service is excellent! Gretle, Angelo, and Erika are three of their customer service reps and all three were extremely helpful with questions and resolving a small issue. I also love that I can filter by where the products are coming from, so I can avoid overseas shipping / longer ship times. Some issues with overseas quality and availability, but Trendsi catches it before the products are shipped. I appreciate their attentiveness!

I found Trendsi a few months ago, I have been navigating my way thru learning the app and getting items to my store. There are a few minor issues with missing information that applies to certain selling platforms, but, overall I like the app. I like the variety of product and the picture quality is great. I had to chat with customer service today about an upload issue and Anya was very helpful in helping me understand the issue I was having. Although, the issue itself seems a bit restrictive and could be expanded upon. I was attempting to upload one of my collections, but due to many variants with the products, it put me over the 1000 limit for the day with very few products listed on my site. I was under the impression the limit was per product, not per variant of each product as well. All in all still like the app and Anya was very helpful.

Regarding the upload limit, it seems that you encountered a restriction when trying to upload one of your collections. The limit of 1000 uploads per day can include variants of each product, which might not have been clear to you initially. It's understandable that this limitation could be a bit restrictive, especially if you have many variants for your products.

The support is 5 star (Gretle, Mia, Lhirose, and Raymart) and have always had all the answers to my questions, and have helped out a TON.

Why not 5 stars? I think there needs to be adjustments to their collections (seeing new imported products before sending to Shopify on the Collections list), or the ability send a new collections from Trendsi to Shopify, and the collection is created in Shopify

I really like the layout when you add the items to the store. I love that you include the measurements of the clothing.

I would love to see more trendy items that you would normally see on Fashion Nova and Forever 21. I would also like to see more trendy denim options as well.

Online customer service wait time has been satisfactory. Thank you to the rep that helped me today with my questions and for this opportunity to sell your clothing on my store website.

I am not new to Shopify but new to Trendsi. I felt in love with their products, photo styling and, wide variety of colors and sizing. It took a little while to efficiently add items to my store by making smaller and item specific collections before sending it over to my store. I am still very early in the process and my store has ben open less than a week. There is one issue that is concerning and I'm currently navigating through. If you would like to sell using Google or Amazon, there is necessary product information that Trendsi does not provide which have proved to be quite frustrating at the moment. There is a solution, but it's just one more thing to list of things you have to do to for your store to be successful. I will say that Gretle was a great help in helping me sort out this issue. I am also a little concerned about shipping and hope these issues have been addressed from the other sellers' complaints. Aside from that, I'm excited to see what happens.

HELLO, I HAVE A ONLINE BOUTIQUE AND HAD MY FIRST REFUND AND I HAD THE PLEASURE OF WORKING WITH “Gretle" WHO WAS VERY KIND AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ON MY ISSUE. I WOULD RECOMMEND TRENDSI TO ANYONE LOOKING TO START A NEW STORE. So far the only issue I've had is with shipping times! Takes a while for them to move from processing to shipped so please be aware you're going to have a 3-4 day processing time in addition to your shipping time. Especially for overseas items.

I love this app from the moment that I found it they have everything that I was looking for. They reach out to you very quickly. The process was fast. They respond quickly to questions and concerns. Czar answered my question so quickly I was on my way.
