A fraudulent order was placed on my site, but I managed to contact customer support and cancel it before it shipped! This was a big win for my small shop, saving me a lot of time, effort, and money in the process.

Working with Trendsi has been great so far! They have been going the extra mile to ensure your concerns or questions are heard and answered! Their platform and systems are user-friendly and easy to navigate and set up. I'm just glad I was able to discover Trendsi.

My number one app, I have a few great apps, but this one beats all of them.
Great customer service, they always keep up with stock, and I rarely have returns or complaints when using their products. Love the new update, definitely keeping this app.

I love Trendsi, anytime I have a problem or question. They are very prompt and courteous of getting back with me. I was having issues with getting photos Downloaded and Harold fixed me right up today. I’m so appreciative! Keep up the good work Trendsi !

Trendsi is a great help for my business. Lots of great designs and styles and customer support is excellent.

Harold, Chette & Anya from customer care team was of great help on an issue I was facing on an order. Keep up the good work guys.

Their integration to my store was seamless and its the first time I am experiencing such a technology that can be handled by anyone.

I just finished speaking with "Mikah," a customer service representative via chat. She was awesome! She communicated effectively, ensuring she had total clarity on my questions and concerns before responding or seeking additional help from her team. She was patient and friendly. Much appreciated!

Just to add a brief comment regarding the connection with Trendsi and Shopify. This is an excellent service that streamlines the e-commerce process tremendously. I am relatively new to this, and the companies have been beneficial!

I had a customer enter the wrong shipping address and I was panicking because there was not a clear option to edit this, and half the order was through our store and the other half Trendsi. The Trendsi portion was already processing and ready for pickup. I got on the Chat immediately and Ria was a huge help! It was quite simple, but I had no idea how to adjust it. I have been really happy with Trendsi and their dropshipping so far. Customer service is exceptional.

Huge thanks to Lori and the Trendsi team! So far, Trendsi has been the best dropshipping company I’ve worked with. They let you upload up to 500 products on Shopify, which is perfect for a newbie like me who can’t afford a paid subscription yet. Their app is super user-friendly—way easier to navigate than other platforms. Plus, their flexibility and support really set them apart. Highly recommend!

Harold was incredibly helpful and prompt in assisting me. He made the process smooth and answered all my questions quickly. Highly recommend his support!

Great first experience with customer service! I worked with Mikah when a customer had been sent the wrong item. It was a very smooth experience and was rectified immediately. Mikah was a pleasure to work with as she answered all of my questions and anticipated several others that I had. It is a comfort to know that Trendsi values their customers by offering real time help through their chat system. I feel confident knowing my store has the backing of Trendsi which is why so many of the products I offer are from Trendsi. Truly grateful. Thank you Trendsi and Mikah!!
