Gretle was amazing. I was wracking my brain trying to figure out how to create and fulfill a bundle order with an Etsy integration. Chatted with another agent that was not able to help but did say I would receive an email for additional support. But I tried the chat again, was lucky to get Gretle and she resolved my issue with a workaround.

I did dropship with Aliexpress before this. but when I see Trendsi world changed for me. so friendly and easy to use platform with perfect support services. I had some questions about my setting in Trendsi and Lorie solve all of my problems within 5 mins with cleared explanation.

I would recommend this App for drop shipping, It has an excellent layout and is easy to navigate and connect to your Shopify store. Customer service is also very good. I had a question and received assistance almost immediately from Czar, one of the consultants. She was friendly and professional which is a good indicator of the type of business Trendsi is running. Very satisfied.

Chette was so very helpful on my questions about transferring. She was very polite and made it easy to ask my "stupid" question and she responded very quickly. I wished all customer service reps were like her.
