La app es buena aunque hay muchas cosas que pueden mejorar, les falta un buen tester para darse cuenta de detalles de sentido común. Por otra parte el servicio de "atención al cliente" últimamente ha dejado muchísimo que desear...una decepción.

Probé la App de TricicloGo y no dude en quedarme con ella. Es una opción muy intuitiva, fácil de usar y con tarifas competitivas. Anteriormente en otras plataformas el proceso de cancelar guías es muy complejo y tardado, en TricicloGo cancelé y volví a generar correctamente la Guía en un instante. En el Chat de Ayuda en Línea, al instante te responden.
