Support is horrible and the app DOES NOT report correctly at all. It will mix ROAS and it does not calculate actual ship cost to customer paid cost correctly. TripleWhale is a game-changer if you're serious about scaling your business. Having used the app, I can say that it’s an essential tool for any eCommerce store owner. The Facebook dashboard alone doesn’t cut it. TripleWhale fills in the gaps with precise, actionable data that’s crucial for hitting your targets.

Great app to tackle a difficult problem. Not sure why Shopify doesn't build in a better tool in-house.

App is great. I like the variety of attribution models. What really sold me is the customer service from my account rep. He was eager to help, asked me to set up a follow up meeting, recorded everything so I can reference later and was efficient. That, to me, is worth the price.

Crazy expensive for software that breaks every week. Tracking tool is good, everything else sucks
+ they bump the price frequently

I think this is a must have for anyone on shopify.

Absolute zero customer support, profit calucation is bugged out. Cant even make a ticket to speak to customer support.
