Strong Sales Onboarding, Disappointing Ongoing Support
The initial onboarding experience was good and very polished. Everything sounded great, the platform seemed powerful, and expectations were set well at the beginning.
However, once I was fully in the contract and working day-to-day with my assigned success manager, the experience declined. My success manager often seems uncertain about how to use or explain the system, especially when it comes to more advanced or newer features. Many questions are met with “I’ll need to ask someone else,” and follow-ups rarely result in clear or actionable answers.
To be clear, I did understand I was entering a contract, so this isn’t about being misled on terms. My frustration is purely with the level of ongoing support after onboarding. For a platform at this price point, I expected more consistent, knowledgeable guidance beyond the sales and onboarding phase.
very stupid app and ass customer support compared to the pricing
Triple Whale’s customer service has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Critical issues and bugs—often caused on their end—take days to resolve, even after multiple follow-ups. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when these delays impact business performance. I would not recommend this platform based on support quality alone.
Support is horrible and the app DOES NOT report correctly at all. It will mix ROAS and it does not calculate actual ship cost to customer paid cost correctly. There are so many things missing and errors in the code. I stopped paying a couple months ago and only use the free as a daily reminder on income and add spend. That' about all it's good for. I am switching to another company that is more accurate and provides clean data. When ever I have spoken to support they just blow you off and blame it on everyone but themselves.
Absolute garbage customer service. Takes days to get a small issue resolved. SO many bugs within their platform when setting up a new account. Do not recommend TripleWhale

Absolute zero customer support, profit calucation is bugged out. Cant even make a ticket to speak to customer support.
One of my friends had previously logged in to triple whale whilst using my laptop. A few days later I decided to also start using it. When I clicked the app link to install and open, I filled out all the normal information as you'd expect. The problem is, it connected my store to my friends and shockingly there is no way of removing the account and disconnecting it from my friends using any of the settings. I asked support, but got a few very patronising responses saying they can't be disconnected from each other but then again they also said that if that's what I wanted then I can never use the app again, very odd, offered zero actual help, very disappointed overall.

Totally awesome that the customer service is non existent.
has so many complicated cool features but missing so many basics such as: does not pull the shipping costs from Shopify while apps with 3x times cheaper easily does this.
has 100500 useless integration but no integration with Shopify shipping, Gateway fees etc.
2. can't even see sales or net profit per brand in the store .

I told them about shipping pull-up a year ago, nothing!
told them today, they recommend me to upload CSV with shipping prices or count average using CALC ,annually! for 300$ + per months LOOL
we have $4.5 shipping , and 100$ shipping and this app does not differentiate it. so you need to guess your average cost per shipping etc. so
support slow as F, implemented 100x useless features, but still not have all the basics that 30$ p/m app has but they does not. I do not know where they looking. and I can't imaging why this cost a thousands of dollars per year and I still need to use calc to count (2+2)/2 average shipping cost on monthly basis. unbelievable
I am tired to write to their useless support, who not even read your question and need 30-40 min describe simplest thing. they only know how to send links to manual and telling me that they do not have this feature. and added it to the future feature list - but this will NEVER happen. I am the user of this a 1 year +
Integration problem. I can't install the store application. The system says I'm already using the app, but I can't log in.
The chat on the website and email support does not answer. No help.
