Triple Whale Analytics

By far my most used Shopify Application.

The new Moby feature is great already despite being new. It's still got a few small bugs, but overall, it's probably the best feature I've seen for finding custom data I can't get on any other platform.

Custom reports are great for tracking key metrics are fantastic.

Sonar was a huge game changer for our international ads as well.

All around, this is an absolute key app for any business doing over $50k/month. If you're under that, I'd still get setup on the free plan to get started.

Triple Whale has afforded us the ability to make real time adjustments to our advertising efforts based on much more accurate insights. Before Triple Whale, we would have to rely on the marketing channel dashboards, which were highly inaccurate for our business. Now we can calibrate what we see in each channel and match it to our topline revenue.

The team has worked with me personally to fine tune the tool to our specific needs and I use no other 3rd party tool that has made so many improvements and updates to the tool. It's like we have 2x the tool that we started with when we first signed on with Triple Whale.

We've been using Triple Whale since October 2023 and it has completely changed how we approach social and search advertising, among other things. Very happy customers! An absolutely essential platform for seamless access to marketing metrics, customer cohort data, and attribution. If you have a small team, Triple Whale can do the job of several analysts for a tiny fraction of the price. Easily our team’s most used tool, and we don’t know what we’d do without it!

TW helps us to attribute conversions, and see in detail where to invest our marketing budget across all channels. Marketing channels tend to over attribute their own platform which makes it difficult to find the right marketing mix. It been a lifesaver many times.
