I’ve had a great experience with TrueProfit, especially when it comes to tracking profit and keeping my costs accurate. The shipping cost tracking is very helpful for getting a more accurate view of my actual profit.
I recently had a question about the shipping cost for one of my orders, and Vani from the support team was very helpful. She clearly explained how the product variant and quantity affect the shipping cost and guided me on how to set the shipping cost correctly for each variant.

I've been using TrueProfit for a while now, and it has made tracking my store's profitability much easier. The dashboard is intuitive, and I appreciate how it automatically calculates key metrics like net profit, ad costs, shipping expenses, and other business expenses in one place.

This app is a must need to see how much you're actually making in profit and saves you a lot of time to always have to calculate it yourself. Durra over there on the support team is doing great at making sure we aren't running around like a chicken to make sure our profits are right

Great app for tracking true profit and understanding real margins much more accurately than Shopify alone. It’s helped me make better business decisions and identify actual costs clearly.
