The app is overall very good.
Shows all the statistics you need.
The app had some issues in the beginning with synchronizing all the data with my store, but thats understandable regarding how much numbers are being displayed.
Had to contact the support several times but if I did, got a competent and fast replay.
And the problem was solved within 24 hours.

I've been using this app for a week and absolutely love it. I now know at any given moment how my shop is performing. It took some setting up, but the team guided me through and made the whole set up process very straightforward. Also any question I've had, the team have gotten back to me immediately. I use Facebook and Google ads. Before TrueProfit I was keeping track of my spending and profit in manual spreadsheets which would take ages and often not be totally accurate. Now, at the click of a button I can see how much I'm spending, vs money coming in. This puts my mind at ease or gives me the info to make changes. Honestly, it's a game changer and I would recommend this to anyone who uses Shopify, especially if you run paid ads. Thank you TrueProfit team!

Attention all business owners! It's essential to double-check the accuracy of your refund versus returns data. Shopify's financial summary counts all return requests as issued refunds, which can be misleading. Not all return requests are accepted, and not all approved returns end up refunded. Stay vigilant to ensure more precise results. I've discussed this concern with the TrueProfit team, but they believe making changes now isn't practical. So, choose wisely. Accurate net profit reporting is crucial for all of us.
