Great app, great UI and features.
HOWEVER, Facebook data doesn't always load. I have had to contact support on 10 different occasions. Most times they apologise and acknowledge there's a bug on their end or facebook's end and fix it.
However recently, I have had responses from 'Durra', a support agent, who puts the blame on me and tells me I need to sit on the app for 15 minutes for data to load from FB's API (which I did), rather than take responsibility and investigate the issue.
Data usually loads in 30-60 seconds anyway, not 15 minutes. Durra needs to be trained...

Worst experience ever. Data was all wrong and when asked the CS what was wrong with it they said their IT team was going to fix it soon for me. Then apparently the IT team had no clue in this and was something that the configuration was wrong. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME!!

Very bad experience with this app, customer service is not comprehensive at all. App is hard to set up. I don't recommend using this app at all. BeProfit is much Better.

I used this app for a week, the support was okay, they helped me set it all up. The only issue was the pricing plans, it's expensive and they take a % from each order as well! I cancelled because I run a small business and the cost was not worth it, it's a shame they do not want to support smaller businesses.
