The UX is quite good because it's built like on Meta, which makes looking at and understanding data easier. However, the reporting tool is not perfect, and we face monthly different technical issues.

I have been using TrueRoas for several months. Initially, it worked quite well, but in recent months, it has been a constant struggle. Technical issues are frequent, and basic functions often don’t work as they should. We constantly had to request links to extend subscriptions for all e-commerce clients, and it almost never worked. As a result, many clients were incorrectly charged by TrueRoas. ...
