Excellent technical support. The software does what is has to do.
Greate when combined with Etsy Reviews Exporter and Esty Email Extractor chrome plugins. Highly recommended. The software lacks the ability to assign reviews to products after the file has been uploaded. a new upload will be required. I think a more user friendly interface is highly needed.

The support is amazing. Tyler was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend. They respond quickly, very convenient if you're always in a hurry.
Also love the app that it's so easy to use. Love that I can do a lot with their free plan. And I'll probably upgrade once I make some sales. Love the support.

Super great app!! Really helpful and with all needed features!!! This is the most proffesional app I've worked with!! The customer support is also amazing. I requested them some help with my store and Niel and Vincent helped me; it just took couple minutes for him to adjust and make my store look much more proffesional!! Free review app but it is amazing to use and to be free.. i like it very much and easy to set up. Beside that you will have excellent customer service that will help you step by step to the last question you have to ask. Recommend it. 5 stars
