자사 앱에는 문제가 있을수가 없으니, 쇼핑몰의 보안을 강화하라는 답을 받았습니다.
그래서 이 앱을 삭제했고, 모든 문제가 해결됐습니다!
불편을 끼쳐드려 진심으로 사과드립니다.

이번에 고객님의 고객에게 스팸 메일이 전송된 문제에 대해 보고해 주신 즉시, 저희 팀은 바로 확인을 시작하고 현재 가능한 해결 방법을 자세히 안내해 드렸습니다. 다만, 저희가 문제를 보다 정확히 확인하고 원인을 파악하기 위해서는 고객님의 추가적인 협조가 필요합니다.

This review app has a great UI design, making it a perfect match for Shopify themes. The customer support is very responsive—I encountered issues with reviews not displaying correctly a few times, and after reaching out, they resolved them within minutes. They were also very patient in teaching me how to handle such situations. The free subscription plan already meets most of my needs, highly recommended!

I think the app is very helpful and easy to set up. I imported some of the reviews using their template. I reached out to CS since I had added the entire link of the product in the template not the "handle" as they needed it to be and CS was super prompt and helpful. I will continue using them, highly recommend the app.

The support team is brilliant. Quick to reply and sorted any issues. The app itself took a bit of time to customise properly, especially for the email templates. But it does the job and looks good on the website. Would definitely recommend.

This app is easy to use and work with your branding. Customer service goes above and beyond! The only downside is you can't import video with the reviews.
