This app is easy to use and work with your branding. Customer service goes above and beyond! The only downside is you can't import video with the reviews.

WOW! The support goes far beyond the typical 'How-to.' I had a question about importing reviews, and next thing I know, while I was waiting for instructions, Tyler had already imported all my reviews. Fantastic! The layout and options are far superior to those of most generic review apps out there!

Support was really quick, sweet and excellent! this app is free but easy to use, review widgets are great, I definitely recommend this app. I searched so many review apps these days and Trustify is free but powerful app.

Sad Update: After months of paying $9 pcm for the app they changed the feature set - moving features we were using in our plan to a higher paid tier with no notice or reasoning. So features we were using on our live store stopped working overnight unless we increased our monthly payments to the next tier. This just feels like extortion and is probably a breach of contract, certainly unethical. Despite all the positives at the outset, I have had to change my review and am looking for another supplier.
Update: I'd given them 5 stars anyway because the app works great but I have since asked if they could change the way they output structured data from the app (nothing wrong with the app, just something that worked better with my store). They had it done and sorted in a day. Incredible customer service.

Great app. Was up and running very quickly, plenty of options to customise the look of the reviews as well as content and layout of review request emails etc. The app also provides structured data which supports review snippets in google - this works out of the box.
If importing reviews from Amazon then the limit will be 100 - this is an Amazon restriction not the app - I used a .csv upload instead of the auto import and it worked great - the template provided is super easy to use.
The support is also very responsive and friendly and the pricing plans seem to be good value for money.
We've only been set up with the app for a couple of days, but we're impressed and its working well for our store.

Excellent technical support. The software does what is has to do.
Greate when combined with Etsy Reviews Exporter and Esty Email Extractor chrome plugins. Highly recommended. The software lacks the ability to assign reviews to products after the file has been uploaded. a new upload will be required. I think a more user friendly interface is highly needed.

I had an issue with importing reviews from a .csv file. I went to their live chat and spoke to Amey. Amey quickly and easily guided me through the steps and double checked the template file. There seemed to be a technical glitch and Amey was able to correct it quickly and within minutes i was up and running with my previous reviews. Great service and such a easy to use app. very impressed.
