Great app, seems to be running smoothly and helping us get more customer reviews. I had used it previously on wordpress, but just converted the store recently to shopify. Their customer service is responsive and helpful.

I was ready for giving up on this app until I came across a tutorial on trustpilot YouTube channel an I felt absolutely braindead you will need a laptop or tablet but it's so simple all you do is load up widgets pick a obviously if you have dark/black background on your website pick that colour an all you do is click the widget drag it to where you want it an drop it's that easy
