This app is not ready to be used. Not user friendly at all. Their widgets don't work, you can't add them on your website even though it's presented as an option. Support is lacking, they respond in line 3 days. Not a great experience would try Loox.

We recommend to install the shopify app via the b2b, to get access to all the features and a working shopify. Shopify Multilingual has been out for 2 years. From your app it is not possible to select different language template based on the customer language. This is a really huge issue: you invited me to use SFA, however this can not be used because Shopify "New Order" notification is sent when the order is confirmed, not when the order is fullfilled.
You definitely have to update this app asap in order to be compatible with shopify multilingual api.

When sending review invitations, you can choose when invitations should be created. Order confirmed is the default selection but you can switch to order fulfilled. Bis jetzt kann ich die APP nicht richtig einrichten. Ich kann mich auf der Trustpilot Seite einloggen - kein Problem.
Die APP Installieren geht auch. Aber beim Login in die APP erhalte ich die Fehlermeldung, dass E-Mail und Kennwort nicht zusammenpassen. Obwohl meine 2 Faktor Authentifizierung abgefragt wird, also offensichtlich stimmen die Logindaten....wow edit: Support per Chat angeschrieben am Donnerstag...das sind jetzt fast 5 Tage...keine Antwort bis jetzt.

Apparently the widget does not work. I have followed the guidelines, but it still fails.
It just pops up for 2 sek, and then the Widgets just disappear.
Im very disappointed from the support and form this app. I really thought it will be plug and play.
Wow, this app is not worth the upgrade. The upgrade should be free if anything. I can't belive this is live on the Shopify Appstore like this.

The fact that they only score 2.4 says everything about them. Customer using Trustpilot as a site to review other businesses should be aware of what they're really like. To begin with your business is placed on there inviting reviews whether you like it or not, which in itself is a disgrace - transactions are private between ourselves and our customers unless WE say so, not some random company that's only in it for profit at your expense and the reputation of your business at risk. We had one review claiming we were scammers, simply becuase the customer's order got lost in the mail (we did subsequently refund him). That's clear defamation of character and a libellous remark, but when we asked for help they didn't want to know. We had another which was clearly either from a competitor or had been left in error as it mentioned a member of staff we'd never heard of and a product we'd never sold, yet again Trustpilot refused to remove it. It's absolutely shocking when you have worked hard to build your reputation. On other occasions I've reviewed other businesses and had my reviews rejected because Trustpilot said they were fake. So their system clearly doesn't work and their so called back up support is non-existent, just as others have said. However you want to use your reviews to improve your business, trust Trustpilot at your peril. If anybody needs to be shut down they do.

Consumers decide who is reviewed on Trustpilot and we are a platform that hosts the content. A business profile page is automatically created when someone searches for the business's web address on our platform or it can be added from the search results page. Consumers can then start posting reviews about their recent experience with the business. Business profiles are not deleted because consumers put your business on Trustpilot.
As you may know from using our platform both as a business and a reviewer - reviews, if flagged by a business, are temporarily removed while we wait for consumers to provide proof of their experience. Reviews are reinstated to the platform once that proof has been provided.
Reviews are also removed if they breach our guidelines - this can be anything from, the use of offensive language, sharing of personal information, promotional content, or a user having multiple accounts linked to them.

Werkt totaal niet wil je app instaleren doe je dat dan zie je dat ie gaat instaleren en daar blijft hij op hangen meerdere keren geprobeerd werkt niet
huhghhh guys comon men what happend to this company??? regardless of the bad reviews I still tried to try the app out as I've known it for years too. I can't even download the application, it just keeps on (If a new window doesn't open, click here here) then I click on it and want to add integration, then I come back to a loading page that just won't open. do something about your quality!!!!!!!!! I don't understand what happened to you all of a sudden this isn't you!!
