I thought I had everything setup correctly but the write review option just wasn't showing up. The app conveniently alerted me to this with a contact us link. The chat bot estimate for time-to-reply was about 34 mins but I was contacted within just a min or two by Sharoz. Sharoz was able to resolve my issue very quickly. I missed a line of code in a product template. He added it and sent a screenshot showing were the change was made.
The issue was resolved in just a couple of minutes.
Service was prompt, professional, polite, and competent.

Off the rip, their customer service is quick and efficient. They were also real helpful with any questions i had for my business , Shahroz and Ebrahim are both extremely helpful and professional. Will be using this app for reviews.

Trust Reviews really came through for us. Shopify had mothballed our product reviews app, and it left us in a dark place. We didn't want to, we couldn't, lose our valuable pool of customer coffee reviews from years past.
