Provides many features & what we perhaps find just as important - great live support (!) They were even hands-on with joining our project as collaborator assisting us in no-time with code when we had some more detailed questions on how to adjust the widget to our page. Superb.
So far, So good. I had a issue I needed help on, and they took care of it quickly.
