I was contacted by a client who was asking how to leave a review on my site and was frustrated with the instructions. I went to my site and noticed that the stars and leave a review were no longer appearing. I attempted to log back in to my admin, and the app would not load. I opened another browser and looked at my listings, and all of my reviews are gone.

I had previously contacted their support on multiple occasions regarding other issues, and those were unsuccessful. I recommend that you weigh all other options and use them as a last resort.

Apologies for this, Cloudfare had an outage yesterday and our servers are under a huge amount of load trying to catch up.

the app does not work well, and it seems that it is sneakily engineered like that especially for those using the free version. Im trying to import amazon reviews with pictures but it does not allow me to make that happen. the app has only imported three reviews out of 54 which have photos, and the three which it has imported dont show the photos from the review in my product page. it seems the app developers have done this on purpose. everytime I try importing new reviews with photos even from a different page, it says that they are duplicated reviews, which they are not. this is not the first time im experiencing this.

It seems all this review import apps do these sneaky things to frustrate people and force them to purchase their paid plans. some of us are just starting out and would appreciate to have an app that functions properly especially in regards to review imports, especially amazon photo review imports. Then after we have seen that the app works well and we start bringing in revenue from sales, we would be more than happy to pay for the app. I know I would.

This is a very expensive app that does not work. The app is supposed to sent emails to clients who previously purchased items. The app stopped doing this about 4 months ago but has still charged me $100.

Thank you for your review and apologies for the delay, this app in under new management now and we are dedicated to developing the features and resolving any issues. I can see you are using the app again and can see emails are being sent out correctly. Please note the plan you are on has a limit so not all customers will be getting review requests, our new unlimited plan is much better value and captures all orders.

The app is for starters and is slowly being developed and more features are being added. They are very quick to respond and add the features that the big players have in this space. Work with the customer service team and find out how quickly they add features to this app. Highly responsive! A++++++++!

After 6 months of using:
I'm sorry but there are too many instances where the review widget goes down. This is not a reliable service. I have to look for an alternative to display my reviews on my website.

Depuis plus d'un mois, les clients peuvent uniquement mettre des étoiles sans rédigé d'avis. Alors que tout marché bien avant sans rien touché cela s'est déclenché.
Le service client ne comprend pas et répond complètement à côté !

They scammed me, I paid and they said i reached my 10 000 review request quota when i only had 1 000 orders, I sent them an email 12 February and till today I am waiting for a resolution!!!

Our free plan is very generous and provide most of functionality to get you started with setting up reviews widgets and collecting unlimited reviews from your customers. Contact us if you are looking for a specific feature and we will be able to accommodate.

Advertises a free plan, but I literally cannot use it without first paying for a subscription. Even if I cancel the menu, any time I click to the app it just takes me to the paid subscription checkout. Misleading.

I am sorry about the confusion. We do have a free plan at this moment. Once you subscribe to a paid plan after installing the app, you can switch to free plan and your paid plan would automatically be cancelled. Please contact us if you have any further question.
