Avoid TrustShop—Terrible App & Zero Support!
This is one of the worst apps I've experienced. I installed TrustShop on my store and uploaded reviews via a CSV file. Only after the upload did I discover that integrating the reviews required me to manually insert code onto every product page myself. I'm not a coding expert and expected an automated, user-friendly process—not extra work that feels like I'm doing TrustShop's job for them.
Even worse, after deleting the app, the reviews stayed on my store’s landing page but weren’t connected to the individual product pages. Customers click on products expecting reviews and find none. This disconnect severely undermines my website's credibility.
Adding insult to injury, there's no live chat support—just a message promising that someone will respond eventually via email. Save yourself stress and credibility issues—avoid this app like the plague!

Hello, I would like it to be possible to only allow the posting of reviews by customers and not by anyone, but the app seems to not have that option

Regarding the function you want, our application provides a function that only customers can review. You can turn off the write review button on the write reviews form of the widget box by doing the following: https://prnt.sc/IooOIkC8Cp44
