The Trustshop product review app works well with lots of features and options. Great substitute for the shopify product review app. Trustshop app also has a great support team.

very good app for my website very impressive app

I was using Judge.me and I couldnt reply to a complaint that was because they hadn't gotten their product even though in was being transported to their location. Since I couldn't reply the app was useless and then I found this and just started to use it today and see they have a reply.

Muito intuitivo e fácil de configurar e utilizar. Fez o upload do ficheiro de reviews sem bloqueios ou erros.
Permite configurar e enviar e-mails para os compradores a solicitar a avaliação dos produtos comprados.
A melhorar: Permitir fazer o download dos reviews existentes para um ficheiro; Possibilidade de melhorar os templates dos e-mails - alguns campos do template não podem ser reconfigurados manualmente e não existem templates em português

So far, so good, have only just installed it as my previous review app was going to stop working. I have managed to easily import all my previous reviews.
