Sehr guter Kundenservice, wir hatten ein Problem mit der App, das nicht durch uns beeinflusst werden konnte. Der Support hat innerhalb von 24h das Problem für uns behoben. Die Reaktionszeit des Support war auch vollkommen zufriedenstellend in unserem Fall. Wir hoffen drauf, dass unser Anliegen in einem Patch dauerhaft behoben wird.

Super App! Funktioniert Einwandfrei. Als ich kurz Hilfe beim Code gebraucht habe, war Anna vom Support sofort zur Stelle und konnte mir sehr weiterhelfen. Was ich am besten finde, ist die Benutzerfreundlichkeit der App. Man kann jedes Detail selbst anpassen und ändern. Finde ich Klasse. Ich kann diese App mit Freuden weiterempfehlen.

管理画面が日本語対応な点と、サポートのかたの対応が迅速で非常に素晴らしいと感じました。

Mega mega słaba aplikacja, mimo odsubskrybowania aplikacji próbują pobrać pieniądze chyba 3 raz. Nie ma wgl za dużo języków i jak już wybierzesz angielski to i tak nie jesteś w stanie zmienić tekstu więc na Polskę mega słabo. Jestem bardzo niezadowolona. A subskrypcja kosztuje 10€ za miesiąc co jest przesadą bo tak naprawdę aplikacja robi nie wiele.
