Working with TryNow has been great – their support (we spoke to Luisa) is easy to reach and always responds with helpful information. The setup was super simple; we currently use TryNow for a renting functionality and had multiple customizations we had to do to get TryNow working exactly the way we wanted it to – the team was there with us at every step. I can't stress enough how helpful the support is at TryNow.
We're very happy we chose TryNow, and are looking forward to working with them for a long time yet!
Such a delight to work with! The TryNow team cares about their craft, and it shows. Since we started working together, the communication has been quick and clear. Very reliable and approachable team. The user experience/app is equally brilliant, the TryNow entry points on the website are simple and visually integrates with the overall site branding. Our customers have been loving the easy integration. Lastly, it has helped us build that trust with our customers and reach them when they can't reach us in-store.

I had extensive experience with implementing this app as I went through the steps of enabling it on two Shopify storefronts. We ultimately postponed launching our Try Now program due to internal strategy reasons, so I'm sharing my thoughts only on the setup and onboarding:
The concept and out-of-the-box solution is simple to implement and easy to customize on the TryNow portal - a basic array of options for including/excluding products and segmenting what part of your store should be (in)ineligible for TryNow, creating TryNow collections that can be plugged into your store navigation, PDP widgets that help both inform the customers about the program and easily differentiate between charged vs authorized payments, etc.
On the flip side, if you have a custom store theme, the out-of-the-box solutions might not be compatible with your store layout. In this regard I found it challenging to constantly backtrack and troubleshoot what went wrong. The onboarding team was quick to reply to my inquiries and even offered their Web Dev services to implement a custom solution to make the app work. Still, I think that the customization and extra coding neccessary should've been part of the pre-analysis and onboarding package, not an afterthought.

TryNow has been an excellent addition to our customer experience arsenal. Their support team has been excellent pre and post implementation. Conversions have gone up since partnering. Highly recommend.
The app looks good but I cant implement it on my website. The support is pretty lazy, made me wait for 3 days and came up with no solution. They really need to work on their customer support.

TryNow's team is exceedingly helpful and informative. They are super responsive and incredibly knowledgable. The software is easy to integrate and has been an excellent addition to our website.
Working with the TryNow team has been great. They made the onboarding process seamless by providing guidance on our TryNow collections and assets for a low-lift setup. We chose TryNow to recreate the in-store dressing room experience online and boost conversions as we increased customer acquisition efforts. Since launching, we've seen rapid customer adoption and an impressive 6% conversion rate. On top of that, our customers absolutely love the program.

I feel very confident with the Team and now even with Checkout Extensibility with Shopify Plus, everything went smoothly and compatible with majority of the app features. We also see the customer's satisfaction in our Dashboard which always a win.
