TryNow: Try Before You Buy

I think this app has a lot of potential. I have not been able to use it yes since I cannot get the support I need to get it working on my website. When I contacted support, it took days to get back to me and I was told that they do not offer onboarding and I was referred to self onboarding in the merchant portal. I still can't get the app to work. Like I said the app has a lot of potential but the support is lacking. I think that any developer that offers an app on Shopify, should be prepared to provide excellent support and if they are unable to handle the amount of support, then they shouldn't make their app available on Shopify. Maybe the developer will see this review and do the right thing, which would be to provide excellent customer support that will get the app working. I will change my review to 5 stars if the support team helps me with the installation so that I can actually use the app.

As one of the earliest adopters of TryNow, I can confidently say Ben and his team consistently over deliver on all of their promises. Product roadmap, service & support and most importantly…RESULTS. If you’re confident your product will be LOVED when it arrives to your clients, TryNow will help get more of your brands winners in new (and existing) clients hands.

Try Now is the future! Pretty soon every e-commerce website will offer some sort of 'try at home, before you buy' option. This app/company is the leading solution in this space. We have seen a huge uptick in AOV and overall conversion rate, since adding TRY NOW to our website. The tech & integration process is seamless, and their team of representatives are amazing! They can walk you through every step of the process. 10/10

Luisa, our customer support agent, has been great! We had some issues setting TryNow up but she was super quick to respond to all our questions and resolve any issues we had. We just launched TryNow and are really looking forward to offering this as a option to our customers. The TryNow platform so far seems to work great and delivers exactly what we were hoping for.

This app has been a huge help for my business singing launching ecomm. My 1st order was a Try Now order. It takes the risk away from the customer and let's you talk big in your marketing. Great app.
