TryNow: Try Before You Buy

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP.

Trynow basically broke our website for a few months. The reason being is because their software doesn't play nicely with Shopify and it was hard to spot that it was their software causing the issue (which is why the issue went on for so long). Costing us high 6-fig, possibly 7-fig losses in revenue.

In addition to the app breaking our digital ecosystem, their dashboard is misleading and their team/dashboard will encourage you to lean more into the app than is logical.

The biggest shock of this entire thing was their refusal to refund the trynow fees from this terrible experience. These fees were a fraction of the total financial losses we suffered from the app.

For reference we are a digitally savvy, fairly large, digitally native brand. With lots of experience using shopify apps. This was the worst app experience we have had in 8yrs on shopify.

Love this app!! It has increased my CVR by 2.5x and my AOV is up 30%! Actually insane. One of the best apps I have found that has changed the entire trajectory of the brand. This solves the biggest issue for consumers by taking all the risk out for them and only seeing upside for 7-Figure Brands like mine! Stoked!!
