it has a couple good features but out of 8 orders i received after installing, only 1 synced over to shopify and it was missing the fulfill by date and the customer name. i tried getting customer service but it said no one was available so i sent 2 messages throughout the day and now i give up.
The concept and presentation is good, however it is slow and frequently receive a "502 Bad Gateway" error. I am unable to use effectively so will be uninstalling this app.
Mahesh is an absolute lifesaver! The help was instant and super effective, I barely had to explain my issue before it was already solved.
