I have been using this app for almost 3 weeks now and I must say I'm really impressed!
After trying some other analytics tools I found Twik Analytics, what I love about it is the clear visual display and dashboard, I had some questions for the support and they were so quick to answer and best part - it is completely FREE.

I really like the Twik dashboard, it does make it easier to collate data, but the only issue is how heavy the code affects the speed of the store. I found that even after uninstallation, a small javascript snippet was left over in the main page. Once removed the store speed (via Google PageSpeed) had a 20 point difference, which is highly noticeable. I may re-install the app once this has been addressed.

I like the analytics, but my own antivirus is detecting it as a virus. That's a turnoff for any customer.
