Amazing customer service! Talk about a professional. I encountered a misunderstanding from a staff member, and the owner reached out personally to resolve the issue. His key values to provide excellent customer service and service for his customers is unmatched. A true man of integrity and compassion. I'm sure I will be part of the Twik family for a very long time to come. Rio, I can't thank you enough. I wasn't expecting your swift response and sense of urgency to resolve the issue, but most importantly making sure I was comfortable and understood the system. Thank you for the new tools you shared. Got charged without even using it!! I’m still waiting for my product to be ready and then advertise it, but this is just wrong, how can one create a business when you guys do this to people?? $50 without doing anything, honestly that’s just wrong

It's not bringing sales like advertised on facebook. It has been almost one month and nothing happens.

The plan you selected requires a minimum of 30 monthly transactions, as stated in its description. Despite your store not meeting that criteria, we have extended your trial free of charge.

Hey my store contain lots of SKUs in my store as for different products and customize products. Therefor an app like Twik helps my users to find the products they like and navigate better

I installed the app on July 28 2022 and so far I have not seen any sales. I dont think this app will deliver the sales it promises and am unlikely to go beyond the free trial stage.
Dear Christopher, we see that during your first 10 days of our trial period, twik had already increased your store sales by 23.9%.
Please note twik is not a traffic acquisition app, but a personalization app designed to increase ther conversion rates of already exiting traffic.
You reached out to our customer success team last week we replied to all your questions yet never heard back from you. Have you received our reply? Twik prides itself at its customer service and transparency, and we can assure you we are more than willing to get anything you're unhappy with sorted.
You still have over two weeks remaining for your trial period and the revenue generated already presents an ROI of 5 months using our paid app.

If i could use zero stars i would. i love the concept, but it is horrible. They say it doesnt slow down the store, and that many page speed calculators may recognize that it slows down, but its not the case.
This is a complete lie and a scam, my store traffic after the installation, gradually went down over the course of a week, until i have zero traffic, form a few thousand a day, down into the single digits.
Ive emailed and messaged them so many times, and i haven't had a single response from a person, just one from a robot, out of a dozen sent messages. There is no support!!!!!, Also, after deleting the app, i still have the store speed issue, because of all the coding junk that, hasn't been removed. Be warned, stay away, i wish i had. I'm Stuck, with this issue, with no way of resolving it. If someone from Twik sees this, i need you to remove ever single character of coding ever associated with this app. This is definitely Assur!!!!

Didn't seem to help much, so I ended the free trial. I would recommend another source of marketing to pull in customers

We would like to remind that twik is not a marketing tool for driving traffic to your store.
Twik increases your conversion rates and AOV by improving user journeys for already existing visitors.
Upon checking your dashboard, we see that you didn't fiinish the learning period, meaning twik wasn't exposed to a sufficient number of visitors or transactions in order to begin the optimization process.
The learning process may take between a few hours to several weeks, depending on your store's traffic. We are always happy to extend the trial period when this is the case.

The app does NOT work well when you are just starting your store. I strongly recommend you guys do a startup solution.
