I just deactivated and deleted the app, however my product pages show an error 404 PRODUCT NOT FOUND. need assistance please.

I have an update from Twik and the solution has been properly corrected. Thanks to Roi and Michael for their expertise and the assistance. They both really get to the bottom of things. Twik is now installed back onto my online Shopify store. They reassured me that if it happens again to reach back out. So far so good. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thanks again Roi and Michael for top notch services and solutions.

I had some trouble with Twik initially, but they went above and beyond to fix the problem and even provide me with some extra tips! Highly recommend!

Love this app! The best customer service. Thank you, Michael. He actually did a Google meeting with me to help fix my issue. I think the issue was on my part. However, they are fixing it and I want to thank you so much for your time.

Amazing customer service! Talk about a professional. I encountered a misunderstanding from a staff member, and the owner reached out personally to resolve the issue. His key values to provide excellent customer service and service for his customers is unmatched. A true man of integrity and compassion. At first it was a bit of a mess for myself but after a quick chat with the people at Twik they were able to resolve my issues and set my twik application up. Highly recommend the team down there as they're more than happy to help out as much as possible. Appreciate the compensation as well
