I installed the app, which was very easy to do, and started seeing an increase in sales from the start. The best part is that there was no work to be done on my end, the app does all the personalization automatically.

Love the app, sometimes the statistics won't show, otherwise the plugin is flawless. Also, the response emails sometimes go into the spam folder, so it is presumed that the team doesn't respond back. But they do revert. Apologies for not checking the spam folder.

I just deactivated and deleted the app, however my product pages show an error 404 PRODUCT NOT FOUND. need assistance please.

I have an update from Twik and the solution has been properly corrected. Thanks to Roi and Michael for their expertise and the assistance. They both really get to the bottom of things. Twik is now installed back onto my online Shopify store. They reassured me that if it happens again to reach back out. So far so good. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thanks again Roi and Michael for top notch services and solutions.

Twik has been a game-changer for our business!
We have a huge catalog with many products, making it sometimes hard for customers to find the right match for them.

Twik's no-touch personalization approach made it easier for our visitors to find their right match by re-arranging the storefront and promoting relevant products. Thanks to that we were able to generate significant new revenue and were able to invest more in marketing.

The app's user-friendly interface and personalized automations have helped us improve store metrics and boost sales. The customer support team is always available and helpful.

I highly recommend twik and think that it's a must-have for every e-commerce store.

Now a day's most aps you use are not managed or updated. It's good to know that there are people out there that still take the time out of their day to reach out and make things right. Amazing customer service! Talk about a professional. I encountered a misunderstanding from a staff member, and the owner reached out personally to resolve the issue. His key values to provide excellent customer service and service for his customers is unmatched. A true man of integrity and compassion. Hey my store contain lots of SKUs in my store as for different products and customize products. Therefor an app like Twik helps my users to find the products they like and navigate better
