By using Twitter Feed, you can notify your users about sales and drive traffic to your website.
Twitter feed permits store owners to connect with customers directly from their own stores. By featuring the most recent tweets, companies can advertise products, sales, etc. You can make a selection from the three available widgets. The Timeline settings include options like feed names, themes and limits. The Share Button settings lets you choose the Tweet Button size and share text. And the Single Embedded setting will show "Single Feeds" in your widget window, simply submit a URL.

Cannot understand it or where to put the code it is not clear on code location you need to put more time into this code location

We would like to know the reason behind not contacting support for your query between these 6 months of application installed on your store.
Our help sections are available everywhere along with live chat and support email address(support@zestard.com). But we have not found single mail from your side stating issue with code or configuration.

I have been using this Twitter app on www.oldschoolfootball.co.uk
I installed it quickly but it was a little large however the support team were fantastic and worked really hard to imporve it for me. They did a great job!
