Heard about TxtCart from a friend and I have to say, while I was skeptical I am very impressed. From the quick few minute onboarding, to their support's willingness to work and help you get setup/results. And the product is very cool, automated responses from AI and real people acting as an extension of your sales team and CS. 10/10 if I could! Highly recommend to anyone looking for an effective SMS solution with top notch support.

havent used the app yet but customer service has been exceptional and answered my concerns on the same day without delay.. cant wait to use the app in few months when i launch my other brand

So far I love this app! I have an abandoned cart campaign setup to help convert people who don't go through with their order, and it works great! It offers a discount code to the customer, and sends a realistic personalized text with their name so people really think its me texting them. I also love sending out campaigns when I launch a new deodorant scent, run a sale, or have any other exciting announcements and it does great! I also do a lot of email marketing, but text definitely resonates with a different crowd of people which I find to be super helpful. Any questions I have had, Kyle from support responded to me promptly and helpfully. Pricing is great too love how you can start with a free plan and just have them take % of the order too instead of paying a hefty monthly fee like other apps.

Its the only SMS app you should think about. I highly recommend their services. For any billing queries or issues, Kyle is your go-to person. Exceptional customer service and effective problem resolution are what you can expect. Don't hesitate to explore the TxtCart app! 5/5 highly recommend.

The app is not yet ready for UK market so cannot complete the set up or use. The expected launch date for UK keeps getting pushed back each month so all very frustrating and a total waste of time. Received an interesting email about our review too - but I'll leave shopify to deal with that......

Regarding the UK operations this feature is now LIVE as of 11/25.

Pertaining to your two charges, as promised, we had delivered you full refunds of both amounts no questions asked. It is a shame that you resort to defamation and spreading lies about how a business conducts itself and we will be further investigating this matter.
