Easy to install, great support from developer. Had a small issue that was resolved in munites.

I downloaded this in Beta and had trouble with it working, but it seems like there have been some changes made and I LOVE this app. I do wish that the info stood out more in my customer's account pages. They often have a hard time locating the line item. I would be nice to have some more control over how the customer end looked. BUT I do really love the functionality of this app for me on the back end of production of my products, and for my customers to be able to see exactly what is going on with their order at ever stage. The ability to email many customers in go is wonderfully helpful.
I previously used a different app for a different store, it allowed me to sort statuses irregardless by how long ago the orders were placed. I find it very limiting that their app only stores it for up to 60 days, as I deal with a lot of pre-orders. The filters unfortunately don't work with orders that are older than 60 days, so that's pretty useless to me.
To clarify, you have the ability to sort and filter orders based on their status, regardless of how old they are. We store all orders, no matter their age, but only continue to sync orders that are less than 60 days old with the app. However, it is possible to change this limitation on a case-by-case basis by reaching out to our support team. It's worth noting that we have a large number of merchants that deal with pre-orders and sync more than a year's worth of orders. This is a very common use case.
The app is amazing and works better than expected. Support team is quick to respond and help with nay questions.
Because we deal with a lot of preorder lines we were looking for an app that would allow us to create custom order statuses as well as keep customers up to date on arrival dates.
This app does both. Fully customisable statuses as well as email templates. Automatically sends emails when orders are updated to keep customers informed. Makes managing orders a lot easier.
There are a couple of issues that could improve the app if they're worked on. It can be quite slow to load sometimes and it does give you error messages from time to time if you try to do too much in one go.
Other than that, a great app and really useful.
This is a great app that does exactly what it says. We have lots of custom orders and this app allows us to keep customers informed with automatic email notifications. This reduces the load on support.
The developers have been prompt to reply to my enquiries and even went as far as helping configure the lookup page design.
Two things to improve: speed to update custom status in the dashboard (small detail, but it can be faster) and make the admin functional in mobile devices and small resolution screens (I just found out that one of my staff cannot access the top menu bar because on smaller resolution screen the buttons are hidden).
Overall, great app experience and it does save us a lot of time. Recommended!
I would absolutely recommend to a friend! The app is user friendly and flexible. Their staff (Jason) was extremely helpful and super fast! We had a great experience with this app :)
This app is awesome. I wish there was a way to remove all of the statuses once an order ships out, but it is what it is. For $6 a month I don't mind having to side-step some of the shortcomings of this app.
App has no support at all. messaged 3 days ago no reply. App is not working. Whenever clients type in their order number and email ad, only a blank page appears. I tried to contact support for this, but until now i have yet to receive a reply. Such a bad service for a paid app.
