This app has been so helpful for my order management and my customers experience. I love that I can organize my orders by statuses like if it's printed or not and my customers can view that status on their own anytime on the order lookup page. There's so many options to customize the information you and your customers see as well regarding the statuses. Highly recommend if you want to keep your customers informed on their order and keep your orders organized.

This app has fit my needs to a tee. I don't use the app for what it was intended for, instead I use to send emails to my suppliers for my dropship orders.
