I am still in the beginning stages of rolling out my website, but this app works great and gives my site intuitive searches and filter abilities. Not only is the platform great, but the support team is amazing. They are quick to help out, quick to get back to you, and easy to communicate with. Special shoutout to Nancy! App works perfectly. Had a small issue with my theme after integrading the app. Support responded very fast, was nice, eager to help and solved the problem really fast.

The app itself is very good out of the box. We had a particular edge use case that wasn't covered so we contacted support for some help:

1. Comms were great both with how we could discuss the technical issue and manner.
2. They invested a lot of time to get the fix in place.
3. They provided extra help with settings and testing to make sure they solved as per our request.

I have spent 22 years building software at agencies and in that time have dealt with 3rd parties a lot with software integration, these guys are in the top tier in how they deal with their customers.

Terrible support, constant glitches every week. Chat support responds then disappears for hours. Tells you they resolved the glitch without every checking if it was actually fixed. Literally every time they tell you an issue is fixed a new part of the code breaks. Their app went down for 2 days a month ago breaking every collection page on our website. The app functionality is good WHEN it works. Do not recommend.
